stomach pains.

Im having really bad pains in my lower stomach, really low. Like right
above the vag .. kind of where the pub line would be. Anyways .. it
hurts extremely bad! It' sometimes even shoots pain into my anus
& vagina. It doesnt last very long, and it just started this
morning. The pain hurts worse when I breathe, so I'll just hold my
breath. Anyone have ANY clue as to what it could be? Any help would
be much appreciated! =]

Cystitis (bladder infection). See a doctor for a real answer.
