You, your staff, and your Office of Compiance
Almost killed me.

I served as a volunteer for NYU Medical Center,
and you EGREGIOUSLY violated my rights,
as defined in NY State.

Robert Cancro, MD
Lenard Adler, MD
Matthew B. Smith, MD
Victoria Rivamonte, PsyD
Mark Brody
Thomas Feurstein
Howard Kopelwitcz, MD
Anita Gurian, PhD
Robin Goodman, PhD

And Bellevue Psch ER staff
on October 28, 2005.

My name is Virginia Hooper.
I live in New York City.
I have reported you to NYS OMH & NYS OPMC.

NY State has not responded to me,
for ANY initial inquery.

It has been almost 8 weeks.

I have telephoned their offices.

The NYU Medical Office of Compliance
will not communicate with me.

I was in Sherri Lagin, MD, my dermatolgist, office today.
I reitterated my experience to her, or parts.

I also saw her for skin disease
I don't have medicine to treat.

That is not my choice, to be without medication,
or to have skin disease made worse by this experience,
and the impact.

It is not my choice to be without a telephone, or online access,
now either.

That is dangerous for me emotionally.

Apparently, my family thinks they are doing me a
favor by letting me suffer, and post on usenet.

Could someone please call my NYC social worker,

I don't have any food or money, and he does not return my calls.

Neither does my family.

I presently have no phne service.

And AOL will terminate my online service
if someone does not pay.

I also need medicine for my skin I don't have.
Ask Sherri Lagin, MD, who saw me yesterday.

I reported abuse to NYS OMPC 8 weeks ago.
Still no contact back, other than a form letter email.

I also called them on the telephone.

And NYS OMH says that is not their business.

Other than the abuse at Bellevue, on October 28, 2005,
which reitterated on the telephone with a case worker today,
who said he will look into it.

The sooner your AOL service is terminated, the better for us.!!!!

Virginia,

Exactly what abuse occurred.  What you've written about Rivamonte
doesn't seem to extend beyond ethical violations.  You seem to say that
her telling you to quit looking for answers to problems in your past
self-evidently constitutes abuse.  But it's impossible for me or anyone
else to understand that.

And I understand that you and Smith masturbated together.  But Jack
told me that was your idea.

Disregard of human life.

Words are a lethal weopon in the hands of a
psycotherapist.

Psychological abuse under those circumstances was near-lethal,
and shattered my mind, under already vulnerable
conditions.

And my own friends and family don't have
to starve me or put me on the street
with no money, phone, food, medicine, or home,
to talk about that.

But they are.
Twittering One - 10 Apr 2006 21:55 GMT
No, not my idea.

But frankly David, I would perfer
to discuss this in email, not here.

And I don't want to spend another night in Bellevue
ever again.

But at least I got fed.
CommonSense1 - 11 Apr 2006 12:15 GMT
Well, write me...  Elisabeth has told me you've been evicted and are on
the street....

My head hurts too much to write anything now,
nor do I have a computer, or home.
