Does glucosamine have any dangerous drug interactions.

According to information available on the internet, glucosamine does not
have any dangerous drug interactions. Glucosamine may interact with certain
diuretics, necessitating higher doses of the diuretic. Glucosamine may
increase the anti-inflammatory activity of NSAIDs such as ibuprofen,
necessitating lower doses of the NSAID.

But a very recent article (I think in the New England Journal)
deminstrates that Glucosamine (with or without Chondroitin) has
absolutely no beneficial effects on arthritis.

IIRC, the article said that it seemed to work in some situations and not in
others.  The way it was reported on the news suggested that it might work
better for acute pain than for chronic pain.
