Dx is "Gastro-Hepatic Catarrh".  What would inflammation of the stomach
and liver be?  Thanks for any info.

(from the peanut gallery)  Acute alcoholic hepatitis?  It would inflame
the stomach lining and cause impressive liver pathology.
