Reverse a Sphincterotomy?

Is it possible to reverse a sphincterotomy?  One in which the outer
sphincter was fully cut I believe because of anal fissures.  Possible
at all the sow the sphincter muscle back together?

It would usually be the internal sphincter cut for anal fissures.
Sphincteroplasty is possible, but the results are quite widely variable.
