Is there a dermatology school (of medicine) like wiht Dental school, where the interns can perform some procedure for reasonable price

I don't want togo to a dermatologist who might consider this kind of
things (brown spots which is very common as far as I know) as cosmetic
procedure and charges ridiculous rate.

So, is there a dermatology school (of medicine) like with Dental school
(where dental implant can be done), where the interns can perform some
simple procedure for reasonable price? I am in West Coast (SF Bay
Area).

Highly unlikely - but you can check for yourself. Look up all the
Dermatology residencies in your area, call them and ask. Call UCSF and/or
Stanford, the only Dermatology residencies I know of in the Bay area.
