I just saw this new movie called Side Effects and
thought that it's a great film for anyone in the
medical profession. It takes a satirical look at the
marketing practices of the pharmaceutical industry.
It's funny, but also raises important issues about how
drugs are distributed, how drugs are marketed, and how
patients receive drugs. I found out that the
director, who also wrote this movie, based it on ten
years of experience working as a drug rep for a large
company. I would highly recommend this movie not just because of the
issues it raises, but also because it's a good movie.
