1. Can physicians from out of state call in antibiotics for their
patients who are in Florida?

2. Can a physician who is licensed in (let's say) Virginia prescribe an
Rx while he/she is in Florida?

3. Can nurse practicioner or PA prescribe Accutane?

Physicians from another state can call in a prescription to Florida, as long
as they're not IN Florida when they call.

A physician can only prescribe medications while they are physically in a
state where they have a license.

Prescriptions by PAs or Nurse Practicioners are governed by individual state
law. Generally, PA's can prescribe anywhere, not necessarily true of NPs,
depending on the state.
