Eat lots of fat-free calcium food,
take a calcium-magensium citrate supplement,
and eat a DASH NIG diet, lots for fresh
fruits and vegetables.

That will help your kidneys,
and help in other ways, too.

Take th tapering slow,
as a "rebound" BP response is potentially dangerous.
