Hi, I'm 26, and I have blood in my stool.. yesterday there was a little, today
there was considerably more, bright red, with some small chunks which i assume
are clots? it was a big poo and the blood only seemed to be in one area.. i've
had blood in my stool before but not like this, and i assumed it was hemmroids
back then because i was working a desk job and sitting 10 hours a day and i
would get sore and when i went for a #2, it wasn't terribly comfortable,
painful at times.. but now there is no pain of discomfort and im very active..
thoughts?

See a gastroenterologist. Ulcerative Colitis is one possibility.

Hemorrhoids come to mind immediately in someone your age.  They
usually leave traces of fresh blood in the stool when they are
irritated; if they are internal to the rectum they may be painless
even when they bleed.

That would be my guess as well without any other symptoms of abdominal pain,
diarrhea, other symptoms and travel history.
The medical term for that is hematochezia in case you might want to look
into it further John.
