I have always heard of shingles described as outbreaks on the skin. It
may be associated with a virus that causes pink eye, particularly if
there were shingles lesions on the face. Can it also be associated with
respiratory infection, fatigue and diarrhea? Might a person
experiencing a bout of shingles experience all of these symptoms?

While I'm asking questions, I would also like to know if exercise can
cause an outbreak of shingles? Does an outbreak of shingles always
produce blisters on external skin? Is it possible for someone to have
repeated bouts of shingles and no one ever know it (except that he
feels crummy when it happens)?
