Sure, it might be sprained. Or it might be broken. Can't tell from here...

Actually, I don't think that's really true. If we believe the above
history as accurate then we know:
1) Able to walk immediately after the injury
2) No tender spots
The Ottawa Ankle Rules would say that that is enough to exclude an ankle
fracture.
I also think we can be pretty sure that if someone "twists" an ankle and
is able to walk the next day but feels a dull ache, they have a mild
sprain. For the OP, a sprain just means an injury to some of the
ligaments of the ankle.

So should I do something for my ankle? The ache is still there but
nothing any worse.

It's hard to give useful advice for an individual over the Net. Most
people with a mild sprain who are able to walk don't need much of
anything done and can expect to heal completely over a week or two.

Well, since it was mild sprain and wasn't really hurting much anymore,
I played a game of basketball where I was tripped and twisted it some
again. I didn't twist it any worse than last time but I think all the
activity on the injury already made it worse because it's now started
to swell up and hurts worse now. It's not too bad but it's definitely
worse than before the game.
I took a picture so maybe you could help more.

What should I do from here? I was thinking I should probably stay off
it for the rest of the day and tomorrow but I'd like some advice on it.

Ok, my ankle is still the same today.
