Which is more effective as a general anti-inflammatory, prednisone or
prednisolone? On the same note, what about dexamethasone vs.
betamethasone? Thanks!

Prednisone and Prednisolone are equivalent when it comes to
anti-inflammatory qualities.

Betamethason is the most potent.

Equivalent doses are:
Betamethasone 6mg
Dexamethasone 7,5mg
Prednisolone 50mg

You have to calculate the ratios yourself.... ;-)
