Which is more effective as a general anti-inflammatory, prednisone or
prednisolone? On the same note, what about dexamethasone vs.
betamethasone? Thanks!

predinsone is stronger antiinflammtory

Prednisone and Prednisolone are equivalent when it comes to
anti-inflammatory qualities.
Betamethason is the most potent.
Equivalent doses are:
Betamethasone 6mg
Dexamethasone 7,5mg
Prednisolone 50mg
You have to calculate the ratios yourself.... ;-)
