Is ( dora ) a reputedly technique ?

Is this technique reputedly  as claimed here ?

Is it something that would be taken seriously for example by medical
authority , organisation here in the uk as evidence of cranial damage
or lesions such as this Doctor describes  ?

I dont know too much about it thats why I am wondering what others here

No. I feel comfortable in stating that the worldwide allopathic medical
community would hold the concepts of cranial manipulation espoused in the
article you cite as pretty much a load of crap.

Parenthetically, I don't see anywhere in the article where the author even
*purports* to be a doctor of any kind.
