I shook hands with a guy this morning and noticed a big black mole on
the back of his hand. My question is, are moles contagious?  Could I
get a mole on my body or face after touching someones mole?  If i touch
his mole with my fingers and then touch my face, could it grow on my
face?

Most moles are simply the result of a harmless proliferation of the pigment
cells within the deeper layer of the skin. A few moles are usually present
at birth, but most develop spontaneously or are caused by exposure to
sunlight and tend to appear on those areas of the skin that catch the most
sunlight. So, in answer to your questions, no, no and no.
