Hi

I am 31 years old , male, 1.75m , 74 kg.

These are my last test results:

trigliserid:  87
total col:  197
hdl: 47
ldl: 133

I do regular exercises , eat green vetetables ,  fish , no red meat ,
etc. My cardio tests are normal, ( 3 years ago , l did a tallium test
just to check my hearth , it was normal) .

The doc. told to me that there was nothing to worry .

But although i do things properly , why are the numbers high? What can
i do further to decrease this numbers?

Any comment will be appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Hi David,

Hi ,

Since my father had a bypass at his 54  , i was too worry about myself
,  i am very careful about what i eat  , and sport is part of my life ,
but i think there is something i missed . May be in my diet , or the
way i do sport.  Thinking carefully may be my activities are not
optimal or proper in order to decrease the values. For example , yes i
do regular exercises : weekends i run both saturday and sunday for 45
min. , than do basic outdoor exercises without any bascular activity.
Monday , i play basketball for 1 hour . Thursday i play football for 1
hour. Other days , i do what i can do at home.

I eat no red meat , chicken . At weekends i eat fish. During the week ,
no fish , ( since i have no time to cook) , but green vegetables at
dinner. At lunch , ( at work) , i eat only the boiled fresh vegetables
with fruits.

At mornings , i eat white cheese , and at every meal i eat yogurt. May
be these two are the fault things .

More comments will be appreciated ..

Kind Regards,
tolga
