Can stress bring on muscle spasms? My feet often like they are
twitching when I wear
shoes outside when it is cold. Maybe I am not dressed warm enough,
maybe I need thermals? Can one pair of socks be enough to wear? I also
have a burning sensation in
my hamstrings at times. A burning sensation before I urinate or
defecate after I've
drunk water sometime before. Will drinking this water eventually
irrigate my problem out?

Yes.  Valium also has a muscle relaxing effect.

Wear boots and heavy socks in the cold.

Is it when you're exercising?

How intense is the burning?
