Can the use of prescribed diuretics or antibiotics affect vision?
Will the vision be
restored if the diuretics or anibiotics are stopped?

yes, yes,

any med may potentially blur vision.

Diuretics may cause dryness, irritation,
as well, which may blur vision.

It happens to me.

Yes.
