I needed to carry quite a few items downstairs over the past
several months into
a storage area in the basement. Lately I noticed a burning sensation
in my left
wrist (there is a gap (referred to as a 'valley' in med language)
and at times in my left
shoulder. Last week I stopped in at this free clinic and while I
thought it may be
carpal tunnel syndrome, the Dr thought it may be tendonitis (maybe
it is also
repetitive stress injury?). Can it be brought on by stress or as
prescribed drugs'
side effects (like diuretics or antibiotics? Maybe vitamin B 3
supplementing may
  relieve it?
