What a load of baloney. Most Australian black coals are late Permian
ina age, some are Mesozoic, we also have brown coals that are Eocene.
Vietnam has anthracite that is Tertiary. Think outside Europe and
North America.
And as for the rest of the bullshit - not even worth arguing against.
In fact I'm not even sure why I'm responding to such an idiot - just
the "golden rule of geology" bit caught my eye.

Umm, North America also has non-paleozoic coal as well, in Wyoming, I
think.
