I am with a piquaint situation. One of my scrutum balls is sagging , to be
precise the left one is lower related to the right one. Though it is not
causing any discomfirture, yet when I touch it it pains a bit.. Is there any
medical cure for it ? Or is it some thing serious that I should consult a
Doctor. I honestly don't know which field of speciality this comes under ?
Urology / Sex related or what ?

Shall be thankful to have some expert opinion on this. I am now 47 years old

They're supposed to be lopsided so they don't get squished together as
much, but the pain is another story, especially for someone your age.

Urology.

The urologist specializes in the function of the kidneys, ureters,
bladder, sphincter, and urethra in both genders, and the entire sexual
anatomy of males. The gynocologist specializes in female sexual
anatomy.

Pain is our signal that something is wrong. Tell a urologist you have
pain; that's my common sense, non-medical advice.
