I have a weird sensation in my throat/epiglottis area. Its not a tickle
per se. And not a pain. Its sort of a somewhat raw feeling, and my
epiglottis and back of my throat look red. Before I head to the doc
this afternoon, any takes on what it might be? I have no steady fever,
but had bronchitis about 3 weeks ago and still have had some nasty
rattling, thick coughing sounds down in my chest. Mostly after I finish
running or before bed at night. Neither affects my ability to run or do
other physical activity other than the slight break in focus the
cough/wheeze causes. Thanks in advance for any advice guys.

So what was it? I'd guess it's a sore throat related to your
bronchitis. I'd try those gummy cherry flavored cough drops. They're
yummy.
