Are kidney stones formation affected by our activity pattern? Most
pages I googled on kidney stones only talk about diet and drinking lots
of water. Does sitting a lot cause kidney stones to form more quickly
(or make the stones become, say, larger). Will running and
jumping/skipping exercises help? Or perhaps standing upside down? What
if we work indoor and without too much physical activity that we don't
really need 8-15 glasses of water everyday (I personally find it
"hard"/inconvenient to drink that large amount of water because of the
high frequency of visits to the toilet it causes).
