Extreme Fatigue

I'm almost 69 years old.
I'm on the following medications:
Diovann - Hypertension
Lipitor 40 mg - Chloresterol
Klor Kon - Potassium supplement
Glucotrol XL and Avandia - Type 2 diabetes - well controlled

One year ago I had a RRP (prostate cancer). Surgery was successful -
PSA is 0.004. Heart function was checked before surgery - obviously no
problems in that area.

I am overweight, but not morbidly so. I've got several very
interesting hobbies, so lack of activities because of ‘nothing to do'
is not a problem.

But I am tired all the time. Primary physician ran testosterone level
- I'm extremely low (under 100) but I will not be cleared for
testosterone supplements for another year. My surgeon made no comment
when I told him how fatigued I felt.

Assuming this condition is treatable, where do I start?
