The resignation of U.S. Food and Drug Administration Commissioner
Lester Crawford last Friday caught the pharmaceutical industry by
surprise, reigniting concerns about the health agency's lack of solid
leadership, experts and analysts said on Monday.
"It's not helpful. An agency of this nature, scope and breadth of
responsibility needs stability," said Amit Sachdev, executive vice
president of health at the biotechnology industry group BIO.

National Cancer Institute and vowing to devote 100% effert to both,
yeah right.

These Bush cronnies always seem to top themselves.
