Since you can increase your production of HGH a lot with small stress,
I have done a little research and plan to try a HI plan that I came up
with myself. When I wake up, I will sprint as fast as I can for 30
seconds, and do that every 2 hours until I go to sleep. Hopefully, I
will raise my HGH levels enough to grow taller. I will try this for 2
months and see what comes with it.

Better work up to it or you won't be able to get out of bed on the
second day. And don't be surprised if you have a heart attack before
the two months is up. It's unnatural and you'd be experimenting on
yourself. Sprinting isn't "small stress." You mean short duration
stress. You'd be shocking your legs, joints, and heart in no small way.

How short are you right now?
As someone on the right side of the bell curve, I can't see any
rational/physical/mechanical reason for being any taller than needed to operate
a motor vehicle safely.
I'd trade places with somebody a foot shorter in a heartbeat.
If I got a second chance and a choice, I'd come back *exactly* the size/shape of
the dummy that KMart uses for their size medium suits.

You're going to go through another growth spurt soon. Just like almost
everyone else does in their late teens/early twenties. Eat properly get
lots of rest. Be ready!
