One of the great reasons for decentralization of decision-making
and "approval of behavior" is that it removes much of the
responsibility for medical liability.

That is also referred to as "collusion."

You have tried to silence my voice with your
fraud, to discredit me.

I tried reporting violations in July 2004.

I have been undermined at every step,
and I have been told the abuse is unprovable.

I have been told that what I say happened
does not matter.

I am nobody.
