Help for sleep disorder

Hi,
I have the sleep problem for more than 7 years. I can go to sleep
quickly and the first 3 hours sleep is in depth. The problem is that I
wake too early. Normally I wake after six hours sleeping. It is a
little less for me. Sometimes I sleep only five or four hours. Although
it is very normal(I can read and learn anything) in the first 2 or 3
hours after I get up, I am very tired and sleepy in the rest of time.

Even though I sleep only four hours the previous night, I cannot sleep
very long the next day because of the previous tiredness. Occasionally,
if I sleep for 6 and a half hour, I would feel much better than 6 hours
sleep. But it's rare for me to sleep that long.

It is a kind of sleep disorder and it really bothers me. I have no
other medical problem. I don't smoke. Everyday I do jogging regularly.
I go to bed between 11:00...12:00 at night.

Do you have some suggestions for me?

Thank you very much.

5 to 6 hours may be normal for you, not everyone can sleep for 6 to 8 hours.
I rarely sleep more than 6 hours (10pm to 4am) but I attribute that to a
stressful job/perfection-seeking personality/discomfort from arthritis and
therefore regard it as normal in my circumstances. When I am very stressed I
often sleep for less than 6 hours; when I am holiday I sometimes sleep for
more than 6 hours. The usual sleep 'hygiene' measures are mainly concerned
with relieving the difficulty of falling asleep rather than waking up too
soon. Early waking/poor sleeping can be stress-related and can sometimes be
a feature of depression. Are you expecting more than your body is capable of
in your circumstances?

What are the causes and risks of the sleep disorder?
Each sleep disorder has its own causes and risk factors. However, the
following things worsen most sleep disorders:

alcohol

changes in the sleep schedule

chronic illness or pain

depression and anxiety

drugs, such as caffeine, nicotine, and cocaine

excessive daytime napping

medicines, such as stimulants, cold medicines, and sleep medicines

a poor sleep environment

shift work

stress

People who are obese have an increased risk of sleep apnea. Narcolepsy
and some other sleep disorders are thought to have a genetic component.

It is most certainly NOT normal for her if she is "very tired and
sleepy" most of the day.

It doesn't sound normal to me to be "very tired and sleepy" most of the day,
yet do jogging regularly and not go to bed until 11:00 to 12:00 at night.

I do jogging because I think it is not a bad idea to make me active.
It's only a 3 km exercise. I sometimes take hot water showing in the
morning for the same purpose. Only when the symtom is minor, it works.
When I don't do jogging, I cannot find anything better.
If I go to bed earlier at night, I would wake earlier.
