Of all nutritional literature currently in existence relating to PC
(prostate cancer), the relationship between lycopene ingestion and the
health of the prostate is the clearest. Lycopene consumption been found
to decrease not only the risk of PC in multiple studies, but also the
risk of BC17 and pancreatic and stomach cancer, as well as lung cancer.

Okay.  But does lycopene ingestion also
shrink  an enlarged prostate ?

I have not found any conclusive research that says Lycopene shrinks the
prostate.  The fatty acids and sterols found in Saw Palmetto, Pygeum,
Nettles and Pumpkin and the best natural prostate shrinkers.  Lycopene
is a strong antioxidant that settles into the genital areas of both men
and women.  Look for the Lycomato symbol on your bottle of Lycopene to
make sure you are getting the best.

Nope, but high testosterone, low dihydrotestosterone, and low estradiol
should do the trick.  As a bonus it should eliminate any prostate cancer
cells you might have lying around as well.
