You are neutering the wrong sex. A lot of white girls have this thing
for black guys...and we don't need the competition...while we are

humping/servicing our women and also getting the black girls pregnant.

The problem is a black guy values his virility at more than $25,000,
which is justifiable.  Considering your average black guy has had sex
