Greetings all,

Ever since i can remember i have had trouble sleeping, and for a couple of
months now i have not went to sleep on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays.  I
feel this lets me get to sleep easily on the other days which i do sleep.
Other than my trouble sleeping i have found that not sleeping on these 3 days
gives me more time to study, read and maintain my general fitness i.e. weight
training and marathon training. I feel that i am a busy person with my degree
in computing, other studying interests, social life and training my overall
fitness.  Well i will get to the point, is there any heath risks in not
sleeping 3 days a week. And if so is the human body strong enough to adapt to
this change in lifestyle? I do not feel tired when i stay up these days, it's
just like a long day that i have time to do my own thing.  I look forward to
your replies.

Yours sincerely
