Try a meal consisting of a protein, a non-starchy vegetable (string beans,
spinach, etc.), and a little olive oil and lemon on the vegetables. Avoid
all sugar, starches (root vegetables, flour products, etc.), vinegar, soy
sauce, and dairy for a few meals. Avoid raw and under cooked animal
proteins. If your digestion improves, your intestines are probably inflamed,
and your intestinal enzymes are compromised.
Have your doctor take a culture for parasites, yeast, shigella, and other
intestinal pathogens. This could be the source of inflammation.
