Tylenol is not an NSAID. My suggestion is that she talk to her doctor about
this. Except for Tylenol, most pain killers that she can buy without a
prescription are NSAIDs. Her doctor may be able to prescribe the ones for
migraine headache for her. Her doctor can also talk to her about taking
aspirin (many patients who can't take NSAIDs can't take aspirin, either).

COMMENT:
If she's had a reaction only to Ibuprofen (Motrin, etc) and Napoxen
(Aleve), that doesn't mean she's allergic to all NSAIDS. These are both
in the same class, and there are many other quite different chemical
NSAID classes. Nobody's allergic to ALL of them.
