HELLO,

I HAVE ACTIVE MONONUCEOSIS AND MY C-REACTIVE PROTIEN WAS 29!!!!!!!! MY
DOCTOR TOLD ME I WAS "GOING TO DIE"!!! COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS
LEVEL OF C-REACTIVE PROTIEN IS NORMAL FOR A PATIENT WITH MONONUCLEOSIS THAT
IS ACTIVE ??? I HAVE HAD CHRONIC FATIGUE FOR YEARS....GOT A TERRIBLE CASE OF
MONO AT 18 AND TEO RELAPSES , NOW IT IS BACK AGAIN.........PLEASE HELP!!! I
AM VERY WORRIED, AFRAID TO EAT, ETC!

1) Please drop your CAPs. Using all capital letters is considered shouting,
and it is rude. And harder to read.

2) We're all going to die. I am hoping my death is 50 or 60 years away, and
I am killed by jealous husband.

3) I think you need to talk to your doctor about this. We don't really know
your full medical history, we haven't seen your lab tests, nor do we know
what your doctor is thinking. A CRP of 29 doesn't seem that far out of
range, except that I haven't seen your medical history, seen your lab tests,
x-rays, etc., or examined you. So talk to your doc.

Did it ever occur to you Jeff that i realize that I am going to die?

that I wrote in caps becuase I was deperate?

And that you have shown the very sme lack of compassion and flippant
response that I have gotten from my doctor and i think you should be ashamed
of yourself for being do rude to someone who is so afraid.

and I HOPE YOU GET BACK EVERY ROTTEN SARCASTIC THING YOU SAID 3 FOLD!!! AND I
MEANT TO SCREAM THAT AND TO BE RUDE!!!

I understand that. But there is still no need to shout.

I have nothing to be ashamed of. We still don't know your medical history,
lab results (except one), what the doctor is thinking or what the results of
the physical exam. You need to talk to your doctor. Or find one to whom you
can talk.
