For the last 3 months i have been having headaches everyday, feeling mentally
slow and really spaced out. I have had a MRI and a neurological exam with
everything looking normal except on this bit of paper i have the neurologist
wrote :  There is minor decent of rounded cerebellar tonsils into the upper

i plan to. Early 2004 i was rennovating a house everday for 3 weeks, everyday
i was removing old lead based paint (red lead) unaware of anydanger.... i had
no mask and was breathing in loads of this leadbased paint dust everyday for
3 weeks. I was only 15 at the time, im 16 now.... at the time i suffered no
symptoms except a weird taste in my mouth. Im assuming its unlikely that this
could of done something but its worth asking i guess.

Any help appreciated.

The descent of the cerebellar tonsils may not have any clinical
significance, but you should have a consultation with a neurosurgeon
just to make sure (there is a condition called "Chiari malformation"
which has this characteristic, but nothing needs to be done about it
except in very specific circumstances).

If there is any question of lead poisoning (it sounds like the
exposure was too long ago), blood tests would be helpful.  Lead
analysis of hair and nail tissue may also be helpful if the blood
tests are not revealing.

Best,

Bob
