I've read that for prickly heat rash, calamine lotion is good once
you've got it. And that anhydrous lanolin is good to use before you get
it.

What should you use if you still have it, and plan to work out and will
be sweating more? I wouldn't think it would be good to cover it up with
calamine lotion when you know you will be sweating.

I've got a rash on my chest area from some hard work outs and getting
over heated a couple of weeks ago which hasn't yet cleared up.

Thank you

No lanolin, that is nighly allergenic.

Wear cotton, use Basis senstiive skin soap,
no irritants.

Keep aired, do not occlude with too much topical
ointment while sweating.
