Hi group,

I sweat way too much. I wear a shirt in a moderately sunny weather and by
the time im coming back from work my underarm area is wet. Thankfully I wear
a pretty potent antiperspirant after shower so that I dont stink. I was
talking about a moderately sunny weather. If temperature is high (26'C which
is high for Canada) my whole shirt gets wet. If I work out/do cardio the
sweating is just outrageous.

I checked the options that I have. Surgery is a no no since I sweat all over
not just a few spots. I wouldn't like to try any injections and such. Is
there a way to control my sweating by natural means?

By that I mean, could I somehow change the diet to sweat less? Or perhaps
work out more often to increase my endurance (silly yes, but I do sweat less
when I'm fitter and active)? Any suggestions? I really would like to hear
your feedback on this. It just has come to a point where I hate to go out
for a long walk in a sunny hot day.

Sounds like we have a winner here. You sweat less when you're fitter and
active.

So get fitter and more active.

Diet changes won't help at all, except those that help you be fitter (in
other words, a healthy diet will help).

Sweat is the way you body gets cooled off.

It sounds like you body is working just perfectly.

If you still are not convinced, see your doctor and ask to see a
dermatologist.
