Is there anything available without prescription in the UK that will
safely suppress appetite?

Tia.

(Actually, I don't think I've expressed that very well.  Presumably
eating a large meal will suppress ones appetite.  But you know what I
mean.)

I don't know who you are Sir, or where you come from,
but you've done me a power of good.

_If_ Tenuate is available in my country it needs a prescription.

O yes, my mistake.

I do no recommend any OTC supplements for appetite suppression.
I think they dangerous, or useless.

Exercise or low (not non) carb may help.
