Most people missed this very informative report from the Jan.19,02
issue of the Journal of the American Medical Assoc. that recoginized
the link between vitamins and the reduced risk of chronic diseases. As
a runner and fitness researcher this confirmed my own experiance. I
have delt with Chronic fatigue for years. I ate the best vitamin pills
and drank powders mixed in water and yes, it did help. Two years ago a
friend showed me how liquid nutrients were highly adsorbed and pills
were not. I tried a few liquid vitamins and then started to use Pro
Star Liquid vitamins. It is 98% assimilated, has a high ORAC value and
178 all natural ingredients. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! People who know me ask
what I have done. Im back to running, sleep all night and my anxiety
is very low. See at: www.prostarnutrition.com/24129  NO - this is not
a cure all. If the AMA is right and what most health professionals say,
then high quality, easy to use liquid nutrition is the way to go.
Exercise and lots of pure water help me also.
