I just recently had a Mri performed on my right knee. I had acl surgery
on my left knee 4-13-05 have been haveing extreme right knee pain since
that time. I had the mri performed and the results came back as "Mild
Lateral titlting-subluxation of the patella." IF anyone know would that
require surgery to fix the problem or does time fix the issue with the
pain.

I have the same condition in both knees and the surgeon said that certain
exercises to strengthen the opposing muscles would flatten the patella.
I went to the physiotherapist for some exercises and indeed this did help,
though one the knee cartilage is worn away nothing can induce it to regrow.
Glucosamines are of no use, said the surgeon.
