My boyfriend has been bothered by sore muscles on both sides of his
chest near his armpits. He tells me its not to the point he cant touch
them or move his arms and he doesnt even realize there sore until he
actually thinks about them. There is some other locations of his body
that he is telling me that there kind of sore such as around his heart.
Now he never exercise's nor does he eat properly. He is 28 and is a
computer tech so he is always sitting in odd ways towards his desk the
reason why i mention that is because sometimes when he comes home he is
sore on parts of his body and after I massage his back or his shoulders
the soreness goes away. He thinks he has cancer already but I am not a
doctor but i dont think thats what he has. My friend had lymph node
cancer and she had bean size bumps that stuck out of her chest and she
got a cold that wouldnt go away, my boyfriend doesnt have any bumps nor
a cold or does his throat hurt or does he have no loss of energy his
appetite is the same and he has no fever or chills or night sweats
which were all her signs. Any idea what it could be? Maybe his diet or
his phyiscal health?

thanks

If he can, tell him to start a walking progrom on his lunch break to get
him out there using different muscles.
If none of the above helps (and he strictly follows it) he should see his
doctor.
Maybe he has gastro problems; or maybe he needs something to help him with
stress or maybe he needs to change careers or where he works, if they don't
provide the correct equipment/environment.

SEE A DOC ~ !

A decent one. Please.

If all okay, try yoga,
as it helps keep circulation cleansing them.

Take some fish oil and primrose oil,
for antiinflammatory properties,
east fresh foods.

I have been telling him to start walking or even better yet using a
treadmill which we have here at our house, and he automatically assume
he had hodgkins disease due to the sore lymph nodes, but the muscles
near his armpit are more in the upper area above his nipple. He drinks
all coffee in the morning and after that he drinks sodas like it was
water and then eats after 6pm sometimes, so i just feel this has a LOT
to do with his diet and the fact he doesnt do nothing except lay down
and watch tv.
Thanxs for your replies
