For Steve Harris:

My friend with HCV is experiencing nausea after taking SAM-e (for
depression) along with:

... a handful of vitamins and suppplements in the AM (a Swiss Super
vitB avec 1000mg vitC, a 60mg CoenzymeQ10, a "29 essential vits and
minerals" multivitamin, sometimes also vit-E and sylimarian, plus the
and 4x200mg SAM-e.

The  SAM-e has to be taken on an empty stomach. Does that include the
vitamins? He does wait for an hour after all that whack to eat
breakfast.

I'm not the esteemed Dr. Harris, but even taking a multivitamin on
an empty stomach can cause nausea within about an hour.

You're not the steamed Dr. Harris.

S'ok. What you say makes sense. Thanks Jim.
