[Mistakes, Mishaps Spell

I was abused.
My life was endangered.
My medical records were falsified.

I am trying to take appropriate steps
To report what happened to me, to appropriate
Authorities.

I am finding this process a very difficult one,
One that attempts to undermine me every step of the way,
As I attempt to put my experience
On record and say ~

I was psychologically abused.
I was sexually violated,
And my medical records were falsified.

I lost a year of my life.
I almost died.

That should NEVER
Happen to another patient again.

But it WILL happen again.
I want that to happen LESS.

I want the record of my experience
To stand
As a reference,

So NO ONE will have to stay
Silent again,

So there is a PRECEDENT.

~ * A Few Helpful Tips and Guidelines,
Still Insufficiently Satyr ~ Ized
To Be Dry Enough to Decant With
Dinner * ~

Intended Audience ~
Your Abusing, Irresponsible Therapist[s] ~ !
~ * ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Rule 1.
If a person is suicidal, call back!

Rule 2.
If a person is suicidal, you never called back,
You never consulted second healthcare professional
As requested, and 2 weeks later, patient is crying,
Still complaining, don't say ~

"Get your own Damn self out it!"

This happened to me.
I swear to GOD.

Rule 3.
It is inappropriate for a therapist and patient
To masturbate together.

Rule 4.
If you are psychologically and verbally abused so viciously
By said First Therapist, while in said suicidal state,
And you find yourself plopped on Channel Z,
All alone,
And things seem rather strange ~

Call a lawyer!

Do NOT call the abusing therapist's colleague,
AKA, your ADD prescribing physician
Of 5 years, AKA Seccond Therapist.

Rule 5.
If Rule 4 occurs, seek Second Opinion Expert Witness
Testimony ASAP.

Better yet, seek FOUR Opinions.
Get it on paper!

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT continue treatment
With said First Therapist's colleague for 6 months, during which
time,
He, Second Therapist, tells you,

"I can take care of this."

And discourages
You from seeking a lawyer.

Rule 6.
If said therapist provides you with an NYU Medical
Center HIPAA Statement of Privacy form,

And you subsequently file a privacy complaint
With the NYU Medical School Ethics Committee,
Because you are a volunteer at the NYU Child Study
Center,

Get a lawyer FIRST!

If you are still plopped on Channel Z, they just might
Take advantage of you.

They just might LIE to you!

Rule 7.
Make sure your Emergency Contacts are updated
And accurate.

Make sure, if you are suicidal,
Or plopped on Channel Z, your therapist
NOTIFIES someone, immediately.

Make sure, if your mental state is compromised,
Or your physical health endangered,
You have an ADVOCATE!

Especially, if you are single, live alone,
Have no family,
With no health insurance.

Make sure someone is NOTIFIED!

Do not trust abusing First Therapist or said therapist's
Colleague, Second Therapist, to do so.

Because, listen up!
They just MAY have their own agenda,
Contrary to yours, eg, to cover their own egregious
Violations, neglect, mistakes ~

Or to get both their stories straight,
Since, even under EMERGENCY conditions, eg, your
Self-reported suicidal state, Second Therapist (ie, First
Abusing Therapist's colleague)

Is not willing to see you
For 1 week after your second EMERGENCY plea.

Clinical Point:
Patient, in said suicidal state, now
Inhabiting Channel Z, after vicious verbal abuse from First
Therapist, must wait approximately

4 weeks

To see Second Therapist, after informing him
On May 1, 2004, you were/are suicidal.

Meanwhile,
Channel Z running ...

O, did I die?
If so, please, honestly, just tell me so ~ !

Rule 8.
Do not ask your patient to "author" a note
To be slipped under your neighbor's door, requesting
Neighbors to f.ck a little More Quietly,
Because their f.cking
Sounds were quite audible during therapy session.

Rule 9.
Do not email patient ~
"I hope we will ... whatever ..."
