Are there any over-the-counter methods of getting taller? I'm 17, 5'6"
and 130 lb. I'm trying to become a pro tennis player so this is
important to me.

Eat a healthy diet.
You may continue to grow for another 4 or 5 years.

Well, I've heard the rack really does work, but it leaves side effects that
would preclude tennis. :)
As someone else mentioned, you have room to grow and you should eat well.
But also tennis is not like basketball where height is a very big deal. In
fact, you don't often see people of typical NBA height in tennis. Take a look
at this:

Note, among the top 5 women players the shortest is #1.

If you've stopped growing, you're probably not going to get any taller
without some sort of drastic surgical intervention.
