Wet dreams during an operation !

I'm doing research on sexual activity during an operation and it looks
like 1 in 10 men, during in operation, will have a wet dream and get a
hard-on.

And 50% of these men will ejaculate during the dream and for real.

This is quite a mess and I want to discuss if that happened to doctors
here, too and what do you do when the guy comes during the operation
???

I suggest that you repost and let us know some details related to the
study. For example, what sort of operations were done on the patients. For
example, did it involve opertions related to the prostrate gland.
