Recently had a life insurance screening and the only problems with my
chemistry were the following...
SGOT (AST) 69
SGPT (ALT) 89
Both are high, and I'm a little concerned. Am I about to have a heart
attack, do I need to go to my doctor, what does this mean. Any feedback
would be great.

Those are pretty minimal elevations, and not related to your heart. They
*might* have implications for liver function, but the significance can't be
known here without information contained in a history/physical exam and
additional lab work.
By all means, see your doctor.

What these mean, is somebody probably shouldn't have looked in the
first place. A wise system would ignore them. But now that you know
them, you'll find the system can't. So you'll spend some money getting
them redone a few times, before you finally do what you should have
done to begin with. Which is nothing.
