The CBC has pressured the Ottawa government
into making adverse drug reactions available to Canadians
in a searchable online format.

The government's move comes 15 months after
the CBC made its own version of the database available
on line following a 5 year court battle with Health
Canada.

The U.S. government makes a comparable database available,
but it is in CD-ROM format and you have to pay for it.
No links are provided in this CBC NEWS story of 5-25-05.
