This question came up and I was not able to provide an answer so perhaps
you can provide an answer:

Are there any medications, supplements, foods or vitimins that will help
the Adrenal Glands to work better. The person had an untreated blood
pressure problem and he was trying to keep his blood pressure low by diet
and exercise. He purchased some sort of capsules that were designed to
reduce a person's weight by reducing cortisol. When he took the capsules,
his blood pressure problem was cured. Do they have any medications that do
the same thing?

I have not heard of any medications which "reduce cortisol".  Plus,
any weight reduction from decreasing the amount of cortisol would be
fluid only and very transient.

Best,
