Get a louder bang?
Poets are, by long, by far, The unsung raisers of the bar.

Painius - 21 May 2005 18:48 GMT > "Oh! Burning Sun > Of PAINful Fun, [quoted text clipped - 5 lines] > O, Paine, please explain." > ~ Folly I find poetry, if written and read well, to be oxymoronic. Like Uncle Will's "Parting is such 'sweet sorrow'". Poets are both serious... and playful... so a good poet such as yourself will mix it up and render "painful fun" to readers. Note that this does not "water down" the poems at all, except in the most narrow-minded. Indeed, this practice will give poetry the full strength of both ideas...
...truly AGONIZING pain coupled with childlike, giggling and PLAYFUL fun! This yields a "bigger bang" than even the one which created us all. And will expand minds faster than any mere universe!
> "Something > >From another land ~ ?" [quoted text clipped - 6 lines] > Try again." > ~ White Chalk a BANG! so big? or a bang so small, again and again we rise to fall, i stare at the stars, at a sky so tall, to hear the loudest silence of all.
happy days and... starry starry nights!
Indelibly yours, Paine
