could a omentectomy of the Greater Omentum be done with laparoscopic
technique?

Which practitioner has experience with such?

Sure. It's a trivial excercise for a laparoendoscopic surgeon.

A laparoendoscopic surgeon. Some gynecologists might be competent in that
arena, but you are more likely to find the appropriate practicioner among
the ranks of general surgeons.
